EAC Pottery Studio at John A. Patten Recreation Center

Artists and hobbyists who need a place to work can use the studio up to three times a week. The studio hosts weekly demonstrations for beginner to intermediate potters and offers hand-building equipment, a slab roller, extruder and kilns. There are workshops scheduled throughout the year. If you create at home we can fire your work. We also make glazes. Firing costs $10 per shelf. Open studio cost is $10 for three hours. Clay is $25 for 25 lbs. and includes both bisque and glaze firing. We have over 20 glaze choices. We carry dark stoneware, white stoneware, earthenware and porcelain clay bodies all fired to cone 6. Home schoolers can earn art credits. Scout troops welcome. For more information please contact David Chambers at davsun20@epbfi.com
