Locally or Family Owned Business Notes

Kids, does, bucks, 100 goats and two Jersey milking cows named Eileen & Brie are part of Jim and Gayle Tanner’s large extended family at the Bonnie Blue Farm in Waynesboro, Tennessee.  Goat cheese is produced daily by hand on their 300-acre farm located three hours east of Memphis and two hours southwest of Nashville.

The farm is a great example of sustainable agriculture. Almost everything the Tanners eat is grown or produced on their land. Find Bonnie Blue Farm cheese, including prize winning Tanasi Tomme, feta, goat and cow gouda, cheddar, chevre logs with herbs or just plain chevre (French for goat) in their shop or at farmer's markets during market season.

Pet Friendly Notes

Pets are not allowed. The herd dogs do not tolerate other animals on their farm.
