Our hosts Andy and Cheryl take on a sport they've never tried before, disc golf. (Plan your trip to Murray: http://www.tourmurray.com.) Murray, Kentucky, is home to a par-58, 5,200 feet disc golf course at Central Park, located on Arcadia Circle. Disc golf is played much like traditional golf, according to the Professional Disc Golf Association. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or Frisbee. The sport is widely known as a great activity for lifetime fitness because it is accessible to most ages and fitness levels.
