The Lodge has been modernized but still displays the original woodwork and design and the Innkeepers/Owners show each guest true Southern hospitality.
Laurel Springs Lodge is situated on a wooded hillside in the Historical area of Gatlinburg, within the city limits yet off the busy main parkway that is downtown Gatlinburg. This quiet wooded setting surrounded by botanical and rose gardens is a serene setting in a section of Gatlinburg formally know as Smoky Hights.
Laurel Springs Lodge Bed and Breakfast is a Historical property in the Historical section of Gatlinburg. Built in 1932 for a school teacher to run as a boarding house for many years.

The Lodge has many common areas for guests to enjoy, the rustic great room with stone fireplace and thick exposed beams is a favorite place to end a cool day. The four season porch with hammock's is a great place to relax and read a good book and the gazebo is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Enjoy the hot tub or patio areas and or sit awhile in one of the garden to enjoy the hummingbirds.
Although the property is historical it has been modernized leaving many of the charming details of the era. Everything from the scalloped woodwork and metal door latches, to the historical colors that have updated the walls, modern, quiet, quaint, beautiful. When you walk in the door you take a step back in time, you relax, you enjoy, you experience a bit of "Old Gatlinburg".
