TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! We have wanted to visit your restaurant for over two years; did today at opening. We ordered turf & surf and 12 0z ribeye with queso dip appetizer. Our meals had no flavor. Our server. Aslan was totally unattentive (we were her only table). We had to ask for everything, not once but twice. She never refilled our beverages. She said she would bring us more bread sticks, didn't happen. We only had two small napkins that our silverware were wrapped in; we needed more due to my shrimp being on sticks (thus being finger food) and the chips and queso dip. We asked for boxes for left overs. She didn't bring small container with lid for the cheese dip. We needed a bag for the to-go boxes; just got tired of asking for anything we needed. She took our debit card for payment; returned saying it had been denied twice. We went next door to the gas station and made a purchase with the same card; no problem! The salad and baked potatoes with our meals were good ($1.99 upcharge for each loaded potato wasn't worth it for what they put on them). The $65.63 charge for our meals made our dining experience even more disappointing in that we wasted hard-earned money. Our server was lucky to have gotten any tip at all. Maybe my expectations are too high; being that I managed restaurants for over twenty years.
