Established in 2014, Singin’ River Brewing Company produces flavorful, high-quality beers that reflect the spirit of the Shoals—an inventive blend that embraces the richness of the blues and a soulful, Southern spunk.
Where does the name Singin’ River derive from? The Tennessee River flows through the Shoals area and is often referred to as the “Singing River.” The legend of the Singing River is associated with the Yuchie tribe, who said the flowing waters sounded like a woman singing. Some people claim the waters are a magical influence that led to the area's musical heritage and generated numerous famous musicians.
The Taproom is open Tuesday through Saturday. Tours are given on Saturdays at 5 p.m. and may be booked at www.singinriverbrewing.com/book-a-tour/.
