Locally or Family Owned Business Notes

Kenny and Kristen Austion are natives of Fort Wayne Indiana and graduates of Northrop High School. They became close friends in 7th grade. Both always had deep feelings for each other throughout high school but never dated.

After high school Kristen and Kenny went their separate ways. Kristen married and raised four beautiful children while working at a cancer treatment facility and Kenny married and had one beautiful child. Kenny went into the U.S. Army for a three year enlistment. After the army Kenny spent the next thirty years as a police officer in Clarksville TN.

Kenny and Kristen lost contact over the next 30 plus years. Then in 2016 Kristen who was now single after thirty years found Kenny on classmates.com. and to her surprise Kenny was now single after twenty-eight years. Within a year they were both retired and married.

While on a motorcycle trip in Canada they were surfing the internet and found this property listing and knew that this was the property that they needed to build their dream business.
